Consignor Information

Entering your consignor information correctly is very important, ESPECIALLY YOUR CONSIGNOR NUMBER. Supplying the correct information helps to ensure sold items are credited to the correct consignor. Enter all information carefully, and double check to be sure it's correct.  If you are unsure of your consignor number, see the example:

L-138-ZZJ is the consignor# for this example. Your own consignor#
is printed on all of your tags and also appears in your account when you log into the JBF tagging site.

If you don't know your consignor#, don't guess or make one up. Do not enter your name, phone#, etc. in the consignor# field. Familiarize yourself with your consignor#. You will need it to drop off, pickup and have questions answered about your account.



**Please note- consignor fee is good for 600 items. If you plan on bringing more than 600 items to the sale, you will need to check out with additional consignor fees. 


Drop Off

Monday & Tuesday, May 6 & 7 by appointment

Select a Drop Off time that works with your schedule. Children are welcome, but we strongly suggest not bringing them to Drop Off.  Check in when you arrive and follow the instructions for putting your items on the sales floor.  Please bring your own rack, wagon, cart or other means to get items from your car into the venue. (We have a limited number of racks for consignors to use).  Plan to arrive up to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time or up to 20 minutes after. Arriving too early or too late may result in delayed entry or cancellation of your appointment.


Unsold Items

  • If you chose to donate your unsold items when you entered and printed your item tags, you're all set. We have relationships with area non-profit organizations whose mission is to serve those in need. You can feel good knowing that your unsold items will be used and loved by others who appreciate your generosity.

  • If you chose not to donate your unsold items when you entered and printed your item tags, you must reserve an appointment below to pick them up.

     Please Note, items having tags that show they are to be donated will be donated even if you check here that you are picking them up. This form is for you to make an appointment to pick up your items, it in no way changes what you have printed on your tag.

Unsold items with tags having a "D" in a circle are automatically donated:


  • Pick up during your reserved time only. Items not picked up by 8:31pm are donated to our charity partners.

  • Pick up during your reserved time only. Items not picked up by 8:31pm are donated to our charity partners.


Consignor Waiver
Read and click  "I have read and agree to the terms"  box to indicate your agreement.

JBF STANDARDS
I am the owner of the items to be sold, and I have full authority to sell the items offered.

Each item offered for sale by me is in good operating condition, reasonable wear and tear expected, and is not defective, broken or damaged in any way.

Any repaired item was repaired by the original manufacturer or in accordance with the original manufacturer’s warranty program.

I know of no reason why any item offered for sale by me would cause any injury to another.

No item is the subject of any pending or threatened recall/repair notice or other consumer protection enforcement action.

I have checked for and am responsible for any recalled items I consign at the sale.

PAYOUT INFORMATION
I understand that I will receive a payout of 60% on sold items.

I understand that my check will be emailed to me up to 10 days after the sale ends.

I understand that a “star” (printed on JBF tags with red or black ink) means that the item will remain FULL PRICE throughout the sale.

Tags with no star means the item will be sold at 50%-75% off on discount days. For consignors’ protection, alterations/markings on tags (lowering/increasing price or adding/removing a star) WILL NOT be accepted any time during the sale.

Items that are are marked for Donate (Indicated by a dark Letter D in a circle on the tag) will be donated to our charity partners. Items will be picked up at the sale at 8:31pm.

REJECTED ITEMS
I understand that items that are off-season, stained, broken, missing pieces or missing batteries will be rejected and pulled from the sales floor at the discretion of JBF.

JBF reserves the right to remove unacceptable items from the sales floor throughout the sale.

I understand that I will be charged a fee of $0.25 per item fee for rejected items over 10.
I understand and accept that Just Between Friends is not responsible for fire, loss, theft, or damage to my sale items.

MISSING ITEMS
I understand that prior to leaving my items with JBF that they, despite thier best efforts and plans against it, could could go missing.

I understand that JBF does not take in any money for my missing items and can not pay out for them. JBF Aledo/Weatherford is not responsible for lost or missing items.

If my items accidentally went home in another consignors bag and they are sold at a future event, I understand that I will be paid out at 60% for these items if they sell. (Even if I was not an active consignor at that sale.)


Consignor Fee

Early Bird Pricing remains $10 through March 15 and increases to $15 on March 16. If you opt to not pre-register, $25 will be deducted from your consignor check.

Consignor Fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable
